IRRIGATION PUMPING STATIONS
ZDM-Irrigation reel-type irrigation machines are powered by water pressure supplied from a natural or artificial reservoir. To create pressure at the irrigation machine inlet, a pumping station (unit) is required, which is connected to the irrigation machine via pipelines with quick-release couplings. The ZDM factory's agrotechnical service will help you choose a pump for field irrigation based on your technical and financial capabilities.
Electric Pumping Stations
Since many agricultural fields are located in developed areas with power lines, supplying the machine with electricity is not a problem. Buying an electric irrigation pump in this case is the most correct and economically justified decision. The cost of an electric pumping station for irrigation machines varies depending on the required water pressure parameters.
Ratio: 1 machine = 1 pump
- The cost is significantly lower than imported analogues
- Low operating costs
- Axial force compensation with relief holes
- Thermal-expanded graphite in stuffing box packing
Diesel Pumping Stations
Diesel pumping stations (DPS) are designed for supplying water to great heights and for pumping over long distances. Flow rate – 30–1000 m³/h, head – 100–1000 m. The stations are based on horizontal centrifugal multistage sectional pumps. The water flow is pumped by impellers mounted on a single shaft in a single housing. The pump housing consists of separate sections: this design allows increasing or decreasing the pressure without changing its performance.
Pressure range
- Can operate without an electrical network
- Components: MMZ engine + Rovatti pump (Italy)
- Available versions: chassis-mounted or stationary
- Single- or dual-axle chassis for transportation
PTO-driven Pumps
Models for various conditions
- Using a tractor as a power source
- Complete set: frame, PTO shaft, Rovatti pump
- Additional equipment: pressure gauge, 6 m hose, 120 L tank
- Inlet/outlet flange with bend
