The service department of the ZDM-Irrigation Plant is as essential a complement to our equipment as the "User Manual" included with each irrigation machine. Properly organized service throughout the lifecycle of ZDM irrigation equipment ensures its constant readiness and operability.

Areas of Work

Commissioning

Preparation of equipment for the first irrigation takes place at the commissioning site at the customer’s location.
The service engineer performs:

Testing of the supplied irrigation equipment – full irrigation cycle
Training of agricultural producer representatives on operating rules

Warranty Repair

The service engineer promptly visits the customer and carries out repairs of irrigation machines using only original spare parts and proper equipment

Technical Maintenance

Failure to follow operating rules and neglecting preventive maintenance may lead to premature breakdowns. Timely maintenance by ZDM-Irrigation service engineers will protect you from significant costs and extend the machine’s service life

Off-Season Inspection and Post-Warranty Repair

ZDM-Irrigation Plant does not leave its customers unattended even after the warranty ends. Inspection of technical condition during the off-season allows for early identification of required work and parts. Our engineers perform qualified diagnostics and repair of irrigation machines
